| Foundation Learning (Level 1) | Foundation Learning is the national suite of learning for 14 – 19 year-old learners working predominantly at entry level or level 1. From 2013 it will form part of the 14 -19 entitlement alongside Diplomas, Apprenticeships and general qualifications such as GCSEs and A levels. Foundation Learning provides good opportunities for progression, with learners receiving a highly personalised programme. Most learners will progress to level 2, including Diplomas and Apprenticeships. |
