It depends on the employer, but most employers will offer you an Apprenticeship of 6 – 9 months.

Which qualifications will I get?

You can choose from the IT Application Specialist or the IT Professional Apprenticeship, depending on whether you want to work in a role using IT applications, or a more technical role in supporting IT systems. The IT Application Specialist Apprenticeship is at level 2 (Intermediate) or level 3 (Advanced). The IT Professional Apprenticeship is at level 3 (Advanced).

The Apprenticeship includes a Diploma at level 2 (the equivalent of 5 GCSEs at grades A-C) or level 3 (the equivalent of 2 A-levels).
