On entering
Information
Horizons,
you will
be welcomed
to your
course by
Teresa Glendinning,
your course
administrator.
You are
to be our
guest for
the duration
of the course.
We feel
it is important
to provide
not only
the highest
quality
training,
but to set
a relaxed
atmosphere
so that
you enjoy
your course
and gain
maximum
benefit
from it.
Facilities
Your course
will take
place in
a comfortable,
air conditioned,
fully equipped
training
room. All
delegates
have a high
specification
computer,
an executive
chair, and
your own
desk to
work at.
Tuition
Your course
will take
place in
a small
group, with
a maximum
of 10 delegates
to ensure
individual
attention.
Your trainer
will lead
the course
at all times
using our
highly structured,
comprehensive
course materials.
Our trainers
are highly
experienced
in both
their knowledge
of the package
you will
be learning,
and their
training
skills.
Several
days before
the course,
we will
ask you
to complete
a pre-course
evaluation
form which
helps your
trainer
take into
account
both your
starting
level and
your pre-course
objectives.
Course
Materials
Illustrated
course materials
are provided
for each
delegate,
in support
of the training.
The course
materials
are comprehensive,
easy to
read and
understand,
and incorporate
many hands
on exercises
for you
to practise
at the training
course and
back at
the office.
An exercise
disk is
included,
as are a
few sheets
for you
to write
your own
extra comments
and tips
that you
find personally
useful.
Refreshments
All scheduled courses include regular refreshments - fresh coffee
and tea with biscuits and sandwich lunch is provided.
Post-Course
Evaluation
We ask delegates
to complete
a brief
evaluation
form at
the end
of the course
- valuable
feedback
which helps
us to constantly
review,
evaluate
and improve
our service.
