Course Objectives
This course covers the use of Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer to enable delegates to take advantage of the extensive email facilities of Outlook, and use Internet Explorer productively for web browsing.

This course will prepare delegates for the ECDL module 7 examination.

Assumed Knowledge
Basic familiarity with PCs and experience of using Windows is required, gained either from the workplace or by attendance on our “Using the Computer and Managing Files” course. Any prior experience of using the Internet and/or e-mail is beneficial but not essential.
