Course Objectives
Carrying out business via the Internet is rapidly becoming a key requirement for success in today's increasingly competitive marketplaces. E-Commerce requires a new approach to business and opens up a vast range of possibilities for new forms and methods of business.

This one day course is designed for both business and technical managers who are responsible for developing and implementing an Internet strategy for their business.

By the end of the course, delegates will be familiar with all the major elements and business drivers of the Internet, understand the business implications, opportunities and threats, and have a set of tools and techniques for developing and implementing their Internet business plan.
