MS Project in the Enterprise

Duration
1 day

Course Objectives
There was a time when the majority of projects were isolated affairs, undertaken on their own with their own dedicated team, but these kind of projects are now in the minority. Most organisations run several projects at once, often sharing resources across their portfolio of projects.

MS Project in the Enterprise is a one day advanced course that considers how to manage multiple projects, create project templates, track progress and measure performance through earned value analysis. The course provides an introduction to the capabilities and use of Project Central, an add-in that transforms MS Project from a project management tool into a Programme Management System.
